Job Purpose |

To contribute to efficiency in court proceedings by participating in court processes and maintaining accurate legal records. |

Education and Professional Qualifications |
|||
· Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University · Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice · Enrolled as advocate of the High Court of Uganda · Demonstrated evidence of training in criminal prosecution. |
|||
Working Experience |
|||
· At least 3 years’ experience in handling civil and criminal prosecutions in the Directorate of Public Prosecution or any other large organization with prosecution and litigation mandate. · Experience in providing legal advice to institutions. · Familiarity with the court processes and protocols. · Working knowledge of the procedural laws in Uganda. |

Technical · Legal knowledge and court advocacy skills. · Research and report writing skills. · Computer applications. · Training in Criminal prosecution, cybercrime investigation and forensics.
